LaSwanda Ray Brown
At Ray-Brown and Associates, Inc. (RBA), we believe that while sharing information about our services is important, establishing a personal connection with the visionary behind our mission is equally vital.

LaSwanda, the founder of RBA, established the company in 2010 with a profound understanding of the community's business needs. Drawing from over a decade of experience as a public service employee, LaSwanda identified a gap between the needs of individuals and their knowledge to address those needs. With a natural inclination to serve and assist, she embarked on a mission to bridge this gap and empower the community.

The community faces a myriad of challenges, from license suspensions due to delinquent child support payments to questions surrounding paternity and complexities in tax matters for both individuals and small businesses. RBA serves as the solution to these challenges, offering guidance and support to navigate through various barriers.

Outside of her professional endeavors, LaSwanda is a devoted wife and mother to three adult children and two adorable grandsons. A proud native of Atlanta, GA, she graduated from D.M. Therrell High School and pursued higher education at Walden University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Concentration in Criminal Justice in '17 and a Master's of Science in Leadership in '19. LaSwanda is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
